Dr. Stephanie Fountain grew up in rural Eastern South Dakota and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Utah with an Honors Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. She received her medical degree from the University of South Dakota in 2013 and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, an affiliate of the University of Arizona, in 2016. Currently, she is in her second year of pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix.
