About the Author
Dr. Ashley Garrett graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2013. She subsequently completed her internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona and served as chief resident for a year following her residency. She is currently a first year pulmonary fellow at the Mayo Clinic Arizona. She is board certified in internal medicine.
