Richard A. Robbins, MD

Dr. Robbins received his MD degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1976 and completed a pulmonary fellowship at the NIH in 1981. He has held faculty appointments at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Louisiana State University, the University of Arizona where and was Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the Phoenix VA and director of the pulmonary/critical care fellowship at the Good Samaritan/VA combined program until 2011.  He has published over 200 peer reviewed manuscripts and is the founding editor of the Southwest Journal of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep. He is board certified in pulmonary medicine and internal medicine.
